If after 30 days of continuous use, you are not completely satisfied, return the tube or pouches containing the unused portion for a full refund, excluding postage.

For on-line transactions and any orders paid by credit card, we will ship your order within 2 business days from date of purchase via Priority mail by USPS (unless expedited shipping cost is paid for Express)Phone or mail orders paid by check will be shipped after we receive bank confirmation of funds.

We reserve the right to use any correspondence we receive from customers for future promotional advertising.  Any photographs received will not be associated with a name unless a written release is obtained.
